Payment methods at Facinho: PIX and card

Facinho's payment methods are PIX and credit card. You choose at checkout, and the account is only delivered after the payment is confirmed.
PIX
- The payment is processed by Mercado Pago.
- The QR Code and the code appear on the checkout screen itself.
- Confirmation usually comes within 30 minutes. If the order stays pending, see I paid with PIX and my order is still pending.
Credit card
- The payment is processed by Stripe, without leaving the page.
- We ask for the cardholder's name and date of birth (the site is for people over 18). If you are in Brazil, we also ask for your CPF.
- Your bank may ask for a confirmation in its app before approving.

Buying from outside Brazil
If you buy from outside Brazil, you pay by card automatically.
Other methods
Currently the available payment methods are PIX and card. Payment in dollars (USD) is not available yet. Payment in cryptocurrency: coming soon.
Fees
On Mercado Facinho, the buyer pays no extra fee on PIX or card. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
In the store and on Mercado Facinho
- In the store: guest checkout asks only for your email. The account arrives at that email right after the payment is confirmed.
- On Mercado Facinho: you log in with your account. The amount is held in escrow until the end of the warranty, and the details appear in "My purchases".
Security
Pay only through the site's checkout. Facinho never asks for card details, password or 2FA code through chat, email, WhatsApp or Discord. We also do not accept PIX sent directly to a seller.
