When you get paid and how to withdraw on Mercado Facinho
On this page
You receive the sale money at the end of the warranty, if there is no dispute. It moves to the Released balance, and from there you can withdraw by PIX.
Wallet balances
- In escrow: paid sale, with the amount held during the warranty.
- Pending: an intermediate step, before the amount becomes available.
- Released: available for withdrawal.
If the buyer confirms receipt earlier, you are paid on the 3rd day after the sale or at the moment of confirmation, whichever comes last.
How to withdraw
- Sign in to your account and open the wallet.
- Check the amount in the Released balance.
- Request the withdrawal and enter the PIX key. The key must belong to the same CPF or CNPJ as your identity verification.
- Confirm the request and follow its status.
Withdrawal rules
- Minimum amount of R$ 50. There is no maximum amount.
- Only one withdrawal can be open at a time.
- Timing: withdrawals are paid within 3 business days.
- Identity verification (KYC): to withdraw, you need to have completed the verification. To sell, you do not.
- Costs: if you have questions about the costs of a withdrawal, contact us through the chat.
72-hour block
Withdrawals are blocked for 72 hours when:
- you add a new destination (for example, a new PIX key);
- you change your password, or recover your account through "Forgot password".
This is protection against unauthorized access. After the 72 hours, the withdrawal is released.
My withdrawal didn't arrive. Now what?
- Check whether the money is in the Released balance or still in escrow or pending.
- Check whether there is a 72-hour block.
- Confirm that the PIX key belongs to the same CPF or CNPJ as the verification.
- If more than 3 business days have passed and none of this explains it, contact us through the chat.
Security
Facinho never asks for your password, 2FA code or card details. Be wary of anyone who offers to "release" your withdrawal in exchange for payment.
