In the beta, anyone can create an account and sell on Mercado Facinho. To start selling, you need a verified email and 2FA turned on. Then just create the listing and wait for moderation.

What you need

An account with a verified email. This applies to buying and selling.
2FA turned on. It is required to create listings and keep them active. See How to turn on 2FA.

To sell you do not need identity verification (KYC). It is only requested when you withdraw. Level 1 verification asks for a document and a selfie; level 2 asks for proof of address and a phone number verified by SMS. The team approves within 2 business days, and the data cannot be changed after it is verified.

Step by step to create a listing

Choose the game and then the category.
Write the title, up to 80 characters.
Write the description, up to 1200 characters.
Add a thumbnail, a cover and an image gallery.
Set the price, in reais.
Set the warranty, from 7 to 90 days. The default is 7.
Choose how delivery will work: automatic, with registered stock, or manual.
Submit for moderation.

The listing only appears after it passes moderation.

Commission

The Mercado Facinho commission is shown on the dashboard before you publish the listing.

Delivery

Automatic: the credentials are kept in stock, encrypted, and go to the buyer as soon as the payment is confirmed. You get a notice when stock is low (the default is 3).
Manual: send the details through the order chat within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed.

How you get paid

The buyer pays Facinho, and the amount is held in escrow. It is released to you at the end of the warranty, if there is no dispute. See What is escrow and When you get paid and how to withdraw on Mercado Facinho.

Important rules

Sell and chat only inside the platform.
Never ask for a password, 2FA code or payment outside the site.
Without 2FA, you cannot see your sales or mark deliveries, and your listings are paused.
