To buy on Mercado Facinho, you need an account with a verified email. You pick a listing, pay at checkout and get the account details in "My purchases". Facinho protects your payment until the warranty ends.

Before you start

Create your account and confirm your email. Without a verified email you can browse, but you can't buy.
The site is for people aged 18 and over only.
2FA is optional for buyers, but we recommend turning it on. See How to turn on 2FA.

Step by step

Choose the game and category and open the listing you want.
Check the description, the images, the seller's rating and the warranty period. The default is 7 days, and the seller can offer more.
Click to buy and go to checkout.
Choose the payment method: PIX or card.
Complete the payment. With PIX, the QR code appears on the same screen. With a card, you pay without leaving the page.
Open "My purchases" to see your order.

What happens to your money

You pay Facinho, not the seller directly. The amount is held in escrow and is only released to the seller when the warranty ends, if there is no dispute. This protects you. You don't pay any extra fee for PIX or card.

After payment

If delivery is automatic, the account details appear in "My purchases" as soon as the payment is confirmed.
If delivery is manual, the seller sends the details in the order chat within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed.
The details are always available in "My purchases". We don't delete anything.

If something goes wrong

Check the listing and your order in "My purchases". If the problem shows up within the warranty period, you can open a dispute. See How to open a dispute.

Security

Always buy and chat inside the platform. Facinho never asks for your password, 2FA code or card details, and never negotiates payment outside the site.
