Facinho Smurfs store warranty: 7 days and replacement

The Facinho Smurfs store warranty lasts 7 days after the purchase. If the account is banned for botting within that period, we replace it with an equivalent account, subject to availability and excluding cases of misuse.

What is covered

• A ban for botting within 7 days after the purchase: replacement with an equivalent account, according to availability.
• The warranty covers the skin shard, not the skin built from it.

What is not covered

• Misuse of the account.
• Requests made after the 7 days.
• Purchases with a card or bank dispute (chargeback) without a valid reason: this voids the warranty and support.

The old "lifetime warranty" no longer exists.

How to ask

1. Contact us through the site chat, WhatsApp or Discord.
2. Send the email used for the purchase or the order code.
3. Tell us what happened.
4. If you can, send a video or screenshot showing the problem. It helps speed things up, but it is not required.

The team checks the order and the purchase date and replies.

Account that could not be delivered

If you chose a specific account and it could not be delivered, we send you a link to choose between another account of the same type and region, or a refund. You can make this choice only once.

Purchases up to 01/31/2026

If you bought up to 01/31/2026, you keep the warranty against bans for botting that applied at the time.

Tips for playing safely

The ban rate reported on the site is about 1 in every 1000 accounts. On League of Legends accounts, you may need to play 10 normal matches to unlock ranked. The accounts are level 30 and unranked.

Security

Facinho never asks for your password, 2FA code or card details, and does not send accounts through chat. The account arrives only by email.
